Prefabricated concrete elements are one of the most popular and fastest ways of building high-rise houses and we specialise in it.

We are experts in top quality concrete floors. Plain concrete slabs are one of the best flooring solutions not only for basements, garages, terraces and utility areas, but also for commercial and living areas.

Estrich and floor levelling

One of most convenient indoor flooring solutions is Estrich or floor levelling materials.
We are specialists in these projects with extensive experience and an international portfolio.

Estrotech

We specialize in concrete solutions – foundations, walls, floors, structures.

NCG was founded in 2018 by Ivars Ziemelis. He has more than 8 years experience in the Swedish construction industry, focusing on concrete. From his background in the hospitality industry, Ivars brings client orientated service and trust as basic preconditions for successful long-term cooperation.

With deep knowledge and understanding of concrete specification NCG BYGG has experienced rapid growth and developed an impressive portfolio which includes many commercial and industrial multi-story buildings.
